I love training with weights. Even if I didn't compete I would still train. There is nothing more satisfying than tracking your improvement in the gym, both visually and by the weights that you lift.
Everyone trains differently, but I am a big believer in high volume, high intensity workouts, and so far it's worked for me! I train 6 days a week, averaging 2h per day, doing every body-part twice a week.
